Every shot you hit lands somewhere inside a dispersion pattern — an oval of possible outcomes, not a single point. Tour players hitting a wedge from 100–125 yards still miss the green one time in four, and their average leave is about 20 feet. Your pattern is bigger.

DECADE’s insight is that once you accept the pattern, target selection becomes arithmetic. Where it earns its money

If you’re a single-figure or low-teens handicapper who fires at every flag, plays hero shots from trouble, and hits less club off the tee “for position” without knowing why — DECADE will save you real strokes. The decision framework also does something subtler: having the target chosen before you step in reduces overthinking, which is worth strokes under competition pressure on its own.
